Based in London, Prishtina, and Calgary, TOML is a trusted creative partner of prominent agencies and production companies including Redbull Media House, UNIT9 Group, IDEO, and Waste Creative — producing content for global brands like McKinsey & Company, Accenture, Telespazio, Save the Children, Ashoka and many more.

YOUR ROLE AS A SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER/STRATEGIST
We’re on the lookout for a Social Media & Content Manager to lead our cross-platform content strategy and community presence — both for TOML and for a selection of creative client projects. You’ll manage planning, production and publishing of content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Behance, TikTok, and YouTube, while coordinating with our design, editorial, strategy, and production teams to bring campaigns to life.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Strategy & Planning

— Develop and implement social content strategies tailored to each platform and audience

— Plan monthly content calendars for TOML and selected client accounts
— Monitor trends, insights, and platform shifts to inform creative direction -
— Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance optimisation across Meta (Instagram/Facebook), LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube

2. Content Creation & Coordination

— Work with creative, design and video teams to brief and manage content production
— Write or edit copy for posts, captions, and short-form storytelling -
— Manage award-winning case-studies for our work
— Oversee timely publishing and ensure consistency in voice and visual identity

3. Platform & Community Management

— Manage multiple accounts and grow social channels for TOML and its clients (LinkedIn, Instagram, Behance, TikTok, YouTube etc.), including TOML Journal's community.

— Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build our creative community
—Track performance, analyse metrics, and deliver actionable insights to improve results

4. Client-Facing Work

— Support content delivery and strategy for multiple client brands, often simultaneously
— Join brainstorms, present content strategies, and collaborate with TOML’s strategists and producers
— Ensure that all work aligns with client objectives, timelines, and tone of voice
WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO BRING
— 3–5+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, or brand strategy
— A creative mindset and strong storytelling instincts—both visually and verbally
— Confident juggling multiple projects, timelines, and collaborators
— Up-to-date on social trends, formats, creator culture, and performance insights
— A genuine passion for design, film, branding, advertising, and creative culture
— Bonus if you’ve got: light design/video editing skills, or agency experience
