We’re the team behind Planeti i Fëmijëve, reaching out to explore a meaningful collaboration around children’s education, culture, and wellbeing.

ABOUT PLANETI I FËMIJËVE

Planeti i Fëmijëve is an educational platform that produces original music, animated films, and stories designed to make learning joyful, engaging, and accessible.

Our mission is simple but vital:
to support children in Kosovo, Albania, and the diaspora with high-quality educational content in their mother tongue, rooted in local culture and values.

THE CHALLENGE WE’RE ADDRESSING

Over the past five years, we’ve observed a growing and urgent challenge:

Children are increasingly exposed to uncontrolled digital content—often inappropriate, overstimulating, or even violent. This challenge has only intensified with the rapid rise of AI-generated content, which is largely unregulated and not designed with children’s wellbeing in mind.

At the same time, there is a significant lack of high-quality educational content in the Albanian language. Much of the best children’s content today is available only in English, leading parents - out of necessity - to rely only on material.

While multilingual learning is valuable, the absence of strong local alternatives means that language, culture, and identity risk being sidelined during one of the most critical stages of cognitive and emotional development.

OUR SOLUTION

Our solution is simple: High-quality content, created with purpose and care.

We create:

Original children’s songs
Animated storytelling films
Music-led educational experiences

All designed to help children learn about:
Wellbeing, kindness, inclusiveness, sustainability, curiosity, and everyday life skills – naturally, joyfully, and without pressure.

Each song is paired with a custom animated world, filled with familiar characters and environments, helping children form an emotional connection to the stories, the language, and the values being shared.

Our content is distributed through YouTube Kids and social channels, ensuring free and open access for families - including those in rural areas and across the diaspora.

A PLATFORM DESIGNED TO LAST

We are not building short-term entertainment (kids content has also very limited form monetization).

We are building a cultural and educational archive - one that can serve children for generations to come. And most importantly:
children love it, and parents trust it.

Planeti i Fëmijëve is powered by a multidisciplinary team of 15+ creatives and educators, united by a shared purpose.

The project is led by co-producers Virtyt Pula and Arbër Salihu, supported by digital illustrators & animators, songwriters & musicians, contributors with backgrounds in education, music, and filmmaking.

We also collaborate with the children’s choir Okarina, led by Elikona Hysaj, bringing over 20 authentic children’s voices into the heart of the project.

THE CHALLENGE AHEAD

To date, our work has been made possible through a shared funding model: 50% supported by local governance and cultural institutions, 50% self-funded by the TOML Collective team.

As the platform continues to grow, financial limitations now restrict our ability to produce new content, deepen educational research, and expand our reach.

We are currently exploring collaborations and support that would allow Planeti i Fëmijëve to continue and scale its impact.
